Is Maid Perfect insured?
Yes we are fully bonded and insured.

Is Maid Perfect pet-friendly?
Yes but always encourage that pets are to be secured in a safe area so as not to get in the way of cleaning.

How does Maid Perfect gain access to my residence?
Arrangements that are comfortable to the client are agreed upon such as: personally opening doors for the cleaner; providing keys and/or security alarm codes; adding names of cleaning staff to the building security personnel; to name a few.

What are Maid Perfect's payment plans?
Payments can be made either by check or major credit cards.

What is Maid Perfect's cancellation policy?
Should a situation necessitates an appointment cancellation, we ask that we are notified at least 24 hours in advance. In addition, we would appreciate a heads up of any changes (i.e. upcoming vacation plans, etc.) to your regular cleaning schedule.

*Last minute cancellations may be subject to a minimum fee to compensate the cleaners for their time and lost wages.

What about tipping the cleaner?
Gratuities, although not required, are certainly appreciated by our cleaning employees.

As a regular customer, will I have the same cleaner each time?
Absolutely - Maid Perfect will always assign a dedicated cleaner for you. This way you and the cleaner are able to get to know each other and build a relationship. The ensuing relationship bond formed certainly helps build that long-lasting trust factor.

Should your regular cleaner is unable to make the scheduled appointment, you will have the option for a temporary substitute cleaner, or you may reschedule for another day.
 
What if something in my home gets broken?
When accidents and damages occur, your cleaner will immediately notify our office. The office, in turn, will contact you right away to address the situation.

We reach out to clients after their first cleaning to gather feedbacks and highly recommend that you share your experience or perhaps you may have other instructions you wish to convey as we continually strive to improve our service.
